Leaderboards Update 12/8/2016

• Player pages now show up-to-date global ranks instead of the cached versions
• Support for lobby ranks and billboards has been added and a serverside mod update will be released soon to enable these features
• Match pages should now display the avatars correctly
• Added average rating and average kill distance to the match summary panel
• Fixed a bug causing the ranking graphs to be out of order on Google Chrome
• Combined statistics panel has been removed for the time being
• The KDR graph doesn't show your daily KD-ratio anymore but the global running average instead
